Ripple's litter
arrived safe and sound on 25th June 2008 - after a long labour and whelping
period. She has 9 gorgeous very BIG babies!! - 6 girls and 3 boys.
New Litters
Only one
week to go until Ripple has her first litter. She has been mated to a
stunning young Swedish bred dog who has one of the best temperaments I have come
across in a male. His name is "Maverick" or Rex Ventors
Ridishia Maverick. See more about the puppies, Maverick and his parents on
the New Litters page.
Ice
turned 12 today - 27th January, 2008. He had a small party with just Kube
and Ripple attending today, as I had to work. He is hoping to have a
bigger get together with his friends at a more suitable time.
On
20th September 2007 my sweet Spin passed away, along
with her 9 babies. My house will never be the same without my baby brown
wiggle to make me smile. Way too young to die. Sweet dreams

From the 5 championship specialties I
attended in 2000 I took out Best in Show at 3 of them - 2 with Ice and 1
with Spice. Ice
has now won 3 Championship Specialties and Spice has won 2. Even with this small
number of dogs being produced and shown, Macumazahn Kennels was the first to
appear
on all of the South Australian Rhodesian Ridgeback available trophies
totalling 8. Macumazahn Kennels also appears on the Best In Show
(Championship) trophies for Victoria, New South Wales, ACT, South Australia and Western
Australia - plus on the Rhodesian Ridgeback National Honour rolls for 1992, 1994, 1998 and
2002 (Nationals are held every 2 years - with 6 shows to date).
Ch.
Macumazahn Leonardo won BEST IN SHOW at the 4th Rhodesian Ridgeback National in 1998 at
the age of 7.5yrs.

Most Successful Breeder.
At the end of September
1999, I exported a puppy out of "Spice" to Canada. Her name is
"Scarlett". She is Biscuit's litter sister.
In late December 1999, I
exported a puppy to Hawaii, her name is "Rosie" or Macumazahn Coconut Cream.
I think she is the luckiest puppy around, as she is now living on Maui Island in
the lap of luxury. Her new mum and dad is Jill & Ric - she lives with her new
friends George (a Ridgeback) and Ghee (the cat). It's a hard life for some, swimming
the Hawaiian waves whilst playing on the white sandy beaches and hiking through the exotic
rainforest, but I guess - someone has to do it !!
May 2002 I exported a
gorgeous bitch "Puppet" - Champion Macumazahn Malawi
Magic to Slovakia. Feel free to visit her page for updates on her progress on
the both the show scene and family life in Europe. In 2004 she was awarded Super
Best In Show
by specialist judge Mr. Hans Muller.
Monika and Puppet continue to do very well in the showring.
September 2002 my sweet baby girl
"Perla"
-
Champion Macumazahn Tusani Pearl flew to Slovakia to be with her new mum and dad - Monika &
Richard Tusanova and cousin "Puppet". You can visit her website and keep up to date with her adventures
and show career around Europe. She is going to have a wonderful life of
luxury!! Perla is the litter sister to Spin, who I have kept. Their
brother "OZ" - Macumazahn Shadyridge Oz, flew to America in October to live with
his new mum, Mrs. Ulla-Britt Ekengren of "Shadyridge Kennels".
Oz has produced some lovely quality puppies for Ulla-Britt - he now has progeny
in Europe.
