Ripple is the newest addition to my family.  She takes after her mother (Spin) in a number of ways, unfortunately most of the bad habits have come through ie:  digging in the garden, chewing & de-stuffing toys!!  Thankfully Ripple has grown up and out of her wicked ways.  Ripple has many friends outside of the Ridgeback community but her two best ones are also "Golly and Gosh" who are very cute PBGV (Petite Basset Griffon Vendeen).  She loves to play with them in the forest or down at Golly and Gosh's mum and dad's land at Inman Valley (near Victor Harbor).  Ripple also had a  "real toy"  friend called  "Minky".  Minky is a maltese X, she is quite old and blind but still she loved to play like a puppy in the comfort of her own home with Ripple.  Very sadly Minky's owner, a much loved and treasured friend, Gillian, passed away early 2008 - Minky is now being taken care of by her Aunty.

Due to my work commitments Ripple will be shown only occasionally this year - that's the joy of working shift work I guess !!!

Ripple loves the beach and playing in the surf and sand, oh and chasing the sea gulls - beats chasing a ball - which Ridgebacks, naturally, will not do !!
